Missing the weekly refuse collection?  For as little as £1.99* a week, we offer a fortnightly collection of the waste from your wheelie bin on the opposite week to your current council collection, thus enabling a weekly service.

Terms & Conditions

 

 

1.         Full Payment must be received in cleared funds at the time of booking and before occupation of the property.

2.         Check-in between 15:00hrs & 16:00 hrs on arrival date, out of hours check-in available or late arrival will be charged @ £30 or the equivalent in the currency you booked in.

3.         Check-out between 09:00hrs & 11:00 hrs on day of departure, out of hour’s check-in will be charged @ £30 or the equivalent in the currency you booked in.

4.         The Property must be kept clean & tidy

5.         A breakage/excess cleaning deposit of £35 per person (or a minimum of £200) this can be authorized against a credit/debit card just before occupation or paid in cleared funds 14 working days before arrival. This deposit is then refundable fourteen working days after departure date, if all is in order.

6.         Any breakages or damages the occupiers will be charged for.

7.         If the property is left in a dirty condition then there will be an excess cleaning charge.

8.         When vacating the property the keys must be handed in person to a representative.

9.         No pets except guide dogs or prior arrangement

10.       No smoking in the property

11.       Any rude, aggressive or violent behaviour will result in the termination of this agreement and immediate eviction.

12.       No refunds will be given unless under exceptional circumstances.

13.       You are advised to take out your independent travel insurance.

14.       NWPL or the property owners accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any of your personal items or vehicles.

15.       Please note no children under the age of 16 must be left unattended in the property.

16.       All items in the property are recorded in an inventory a copy is available in the welcome pack on arrival.

17.       Wheelie Bin to be placed out side on the day of collection.

18.       All problems are to be reported to the management as soon as possible.

19.       Please note by law all guests must complete the guest register and provide photographic ID e.g. valid passport or drivers license and car registration number & if applicable car rental agreement number.

20.       Payment for bookings can be made by: cheque, bank transfer or all major cards (a surcharge of up to 5% may apply for card transactions)

 

****Please note that NWPL is a responsible company and will not tolerate any illegal or antisocial behavior, this will result on immediate eviction and retention of any deposit.****
